BRIEF: 4 day incentive trip to London for top performers based across different regions in Asia. They wanted a full experience of London taking in the history to the modern day. This had to include some optional activities within the itinerary.
EVENT OVERVIEW: Having secured excellent central accommodation a bespoke programme was created starting with an evening in central London including a theatre trip. Open top vintage London buses were used to provide a city tour finishing with lunch on the MV Dixie Queen and the highlight of having Tower Bridge raised as the vessel cruised down river. An optional activity programme was designed to allow guests to choose what they wanted to do. This included tours of Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London, climbing the O2 and a shopping experience at Bicester Village. The gala dinner on the last night was staged at the historic Drapers Hall, where guests enjoyed a delicious feast before a troupe of West End performers brought London’s finest musicals to our own stage.
