BRIEF: We were asked to provide a solution for a client that wanted to bring their staff together for a series of afternoon presentations followed by a truly festive party immediately after. There would be no time to change the set up or the main room and they were insistent that the party follow a traditional English festive theme.
EVENT OVERVIEW: We managed to secure the use of the stunning Gladstone Library and Reading and Writing Rooms at One Whitehall Place to stage the afternoon presentations. These rooms were available until 18.00. For the evening party we were able to use the Whitehall Suite, located on the lower ground in the same building. We had access all day for set up and transformed the area into a Dickensian Street Fair with costumed characters to meet and greet guests while themed drinks were served before the food stalls opened. Themed entertainment and a DJ completed a wonderful event.
