BRIEF: Our client wanted to take the entire company away for a four day conference and incentive trip. The location needed to be easily accessible from London, Amsterdam and Madrid, offer a warm climate and be available on an exclusive basis. The client wanted to ensure there were lots of activities and entertainment on site to keep all the guests occupied throughout.
EVENT OVERVIEW: We secured the use of the Club Med resort at Opio in Provence on an exclusive basis. We were able to utilise their main bar and theatre for both the conference and evening entertainment while the warm climate allowed us to offer a range of buffets on the al fresco terrace and adjoining dining area. More importantly the resort offered a wide range of activities including the circus area and golf course. These were used along with other activities to stage a two day competitive Olympics. On the final night a dramatic fireworks display was staged over the resort to put the cap on a truly memorable four days.
