The most daredevil group of daffy drivers to ever whirl their wheels in the Wacky Races, competing for the title of world’s wackiest racer! As a team you must come together to form all parts of an effective racing team. As in any environment, this is about every aspect of team work, from communication, time management, delegation, planning and of course making it matter in your final race.
The event combines Team Training in 4 race themed teambuilding tasks, budget and planning in the Race Shop, pitching and presentation skills in the sponsorship Pitch it Right challenge and culminating in Pole Position, where it all culminates on the track in a head to head race. Are you the mild mannered Penelope Pitstop or the devious Dick Dastardly.
