Based in the heart of the City, the Porter Tun is one of the largest and oldest unobstructed event spaces in London. An exposed King Post timber roof giving a clear span of 60ft above a 778 square metre antique wooden floor makes it a perfect location for a Christmas party.
Each December an new immersive theme takes over the entire venue ensuring and exciting Christmas party experience not to be forgotten.
2023’s theme is The Clandestine Club – December 1923, somewhere in Chicago IL, The Clandestine Club is prohibition’s worst kept secret. Hidden at the end of a discreet cobbled alley, behind a non-descript wooden door, the ‘greatest gin joint in town’ is a raucous hangout for the city’s bohemian royalty where men and women drink and dance together celebrating the good life. Whilst the authorities turn a blind eye, the bootleggers keep the party fuelled as the band and chorus of flapper girls lead the crowd late into the night.
With a wide offering of delicious food and drink, stunning entertainment, and a party theme not to be forgotten your guests are sure to be in the mood for dancing this Christmas.
