Summer Garden Party at The Sunken Garden

The Brief

Our client approached us to deliver their annual summer party, bringing together 140 guests for a day of celebration and well-deserved fun. The aim was to create a fun and relaxed experience, combining exceptional food, engaging entertainment and plenty of opportunities for guests to socialise in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Following venue research and site visits, The Sunken Garden was selected as the ideal location. Its picturesque setting and elegant styling provided the perfect backdrop for a summer celebration that would flow effortlessly from day into night. Our role was to manage the event from concept through to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and their guests.

Delivery

With glorious sunshine and soaring summer temperatures, the conditions could not have been more perfect for an outdoor celebration. The beautifully styled Sunken Garden provided a stunning setting, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and upbeat from the moment guests arrived.

Guests enjoyed a fantastic selection of street food and cocktails throughout the event, with KERB serving a flavour-packed menu that included favourites such as duck tacos and savoury waffles (to die for!).

Entertainment was planned to encourage guests to unwind and enjoy themselves. A rodeo bull quickly became a focal point of the event, drawing plenty of attention and laughter, while garden games including cornhole, giant Jenga, table tennis and Connect Four brought out a healthy sense of competition.

A photo booth with country western themed captured memories throughout the day, while the ice cream trike proved especially popular in the summer heat.

Results

The event was a fantastic success, delivering a summer celebration that perfectly reflected the client’s vision. The combination of a stunning venue, outstanding food and drink, interactive entertainment and seamless event management created an atmosphere that guests embraced from start to finish.

As a valued repeat client, it was particularly rewarding to deliver another successful event that exceeded expectations.
