Exciting New Events Venue openings in 2022 and beyond

Even after another challenging year, we were so pleased to witness London bouncing back and opening their doors to some amazing, brand new event venues and hotels. The great news is this year will be no different! We’re extremely excited to hear that that these brand new venues will be launching soon and we can’t wait to visit.

Raffles London at The OWO

Due to open their doors towards the end of 2022, Raffles London at The OWO and The OWO Residences by Raffles will be their first hotel opening in the UK. This beautiful property will have 120 rooms and suites, and will be situated at the iconic Old War Office building along with a collection of 85 exceptional branded residences at this landmark destination. Located opposite Horse Guards on Whitehall, the property is a stone’s throw away from St James’s Park and the Mall. The Grade II* listed Old War Office building, originally completed in 1906, is steeped in history. The OWO will include 11 distinct restaurants and bars, an immersive spa with a 20-metre indoor pool and separate vitality pool, and a 620 seated-capacity grand ballroom.

 

Art’Otel Battersea Power Station

Art’Otel Battersea Power Station is a new luxury hotel located near Battersea Power Station. This hotel features skyline floors, a rooftop pool and a bar with a fusion of modern design and urban art. The panoramic views overlooking the infamous power station chimneys are sublime. The gardens have been designed by James Corner Field Operations, the team behind the New York high line. This 160-bedroom hotel is definitely one to visit once opened as their views are more than spectacular.

 

One Hundred Shoreditch

Located on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch will have 258 bedrooms, six restaurants and bars including a restaurant & wine bar specialising in locally sourced seafood, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London. The brand-new hotel will also have five flexible meetings and events spaces suitable for a variety of different events. The largest space will be surrounded by floor to ceiling glass and offer views of the London city skyline.

 

 

Park Hyatt London River Thames at Nine Elms

Directly opposite Westminster, the Nine Elms area has recently undergone significant regeneration and the new 203-room Park Hyatt hotel will be in the heart of this recently developed area of London. The hotel will be in a great location with nearby attractions including Sloane Square, Kings Road, the award-winning gallery, Tate Britain, the charming green expanse of 200-acre Battersea Park and the Kia Oval cricket ground. A secure executive wing and exquisite event spaces will offer a carefully curated and personalised experience for business and government travellers. The new hotel at the Nine Elms development in London will join Hyatt’s ever-growing collection including Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, Andaz London Liverpool Street, and Great Scotland Yard Hotel.

Although they have delayed their opening until early 2023, we can’t wait to visit the brand new The Peninsula London.
