BRIEF: We were asked to organise an annual Conference and Exhibition to host 3500+ visitors. A venue was required where there could be one main stage for up to 1200 guests and then three smaller stages for between 80 and 250 guests. Further space would be required for up to 100 exhibition stands along with catering and networking areas.
EVENT OVERVIEW: We secured the use of the Business Design Centre in Islington with the day before for set up. Working alongside our trusted suppliers all production for the main area was flown with the control of the sound being crucial to avoid any overlap. Exhibition stands were carefully planned to ensure plenty of space for visitors to wander but to ensure all stands received high footfall. The success of the initial event has led to this now being staged every year with increasing numbers.
