We’re essentially an extension of your team and look to work in partnership throughout the project from initial planning, to venue finding and running hosted site visits, to tailoring program content and activities.

Meetings and Roadshows
Meetings and Roadshows are also a key part of any event program throughout the year. These may be in your events plan months in advance, or sprung upon you at the last minute. You can tap into our extensive London and UK-wide venue knowledge to source and book the most engaging spaces to create an atmosphere that will get the juices flowing and enhance involvement, but we can also advise on the most suitable AV suppliers, the highest quality and nutritional caterers to work with and any other additional elements which may be needed.
While we can work on ad-hoc meetings throughout the year we can also work with you to roll out a series of such events annually with our Account Management services available to those clients who need it.
