BRIEF: Incentive trip for staff and families to say thank you for exceeding targets for the end of year. Selected venue needed to have a warm climate, excellent accommodation and a range of activities for adults and children as well as being able to host a gala evening.
EVENT OVERVIEW: We secured a beautiful 5 star location in Vilamoura on an exclusive basis. Flights were booked in line with company policy and transfers arranged from the airport. A full programme of activities were arranged for the children including a dedicated games area. The adults were able to relax or select from a choice of activities and leisure including a local cycle based treasure hunt. For the gala dinner drinks were served on the beach before guests enjoyed an al fresco dinner and entertainment.
